How do I manage my orders?
Learn how to view, filter, and manage all your store orders.
The orders panel shows all your store orders in a table with key information: order number, date, customer, order status, payment status, and total.
You can filter orders by status (pending, confirmed, in progress, completed, canceled, returned), by payment status, or search by order number, customer name, email, or phone.
From the detail view of each order, you can update its status, change the payment status, add internal notes (visible only to you), and view all customer and product information.
Step by step
- 1Go to "Orders" in the panel side menu.
- 2Use the filters to find specific orders.
- 3Click on an order to see its full details.
- 4Update the order status as delivery progresses.
- 5Update the payment status when you receive payment.
