What do the order statuses mean?
Understand each status in the lifecycle of an order in Whatalo.
Each order goes through different statuses that reflect its progress from the moment the customer creates it until it is delivered or canceled.
Order statuses and payment statuses are independent. An order can be "Confirmed" while the payment is still "Pending" (typical for cash on delivery).
Important information
- •Order statuses: Pending → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed. It can also be marked as Canceled or Returned.
- •Payment statuses: Pending, Paid, Refunded, Failed.
- •When an order is completed, the completion date is automatically recorded.
- •Statuses can be customized with labels and colors from the order settings.
