Welcome to Whatalo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern the relationship between Whatalo and you, so we recommend reading them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any of Whatalo's services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use the platform.

3. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to Whatalo's web and mobile application.
  • "User" means you, the natural or legal person who creates an account to use the Platform.
  • "Catalog" is the digital collection of products you manage within the Platform.
  • "Content" refers to all information, data, text, images, or multimedia you upload or generate within the Platform.

4. Services

Whatalo provides tools to create, customize, and share product catalogs, accept orders, and process payments through external payment integrations. Some features are only available on certain plans.

5. User Accounts

To access all features, you must register and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

6. Plans and Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Charges are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. For more details, see our pricing page.

7. User Responsibility

Whatalo is a technology platform that provides tools for creating online stores. Whatalo is not the seller or registered merchant of the products offered by Users. By using the Platform, the User agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • The legality and accuracy of the products and services they offer.
  • Compliance with consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Managing orders, deliveries, returns, and disputes with their customers.
  • The accuracy of the information published in their store.
  • Compliance with applicable tax and fiscal laws.
  • Communications sent to their customers (including anti-spam laws).

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Whatalo or its licensors. The User retains rights over the Content they upload, but grants Whatalo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such Content within the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Whatalo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, applications, marketing tools). Whatalo is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of these external services.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of Whatalo after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts.
