1. Commitment to Intellectual Property

Whatalo respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects Platform Users to do the same. We do not tolerate the sale of counterfeit products or the unauthorized use of registered trademarks, copyright-protected works, or any other intellectual property.

2. Infringement Notifications

If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed on a Whatalo store, send a notification to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Description of the work or intellectual property you believe is being infringed.
  • Evidence of your ownership or authorization (trademark registration, copyright certificate, etc.).
  • The specific URL of the store or product that infringes your rights.
  • Description of how the infringement is occurring.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.

3. Review Process

Upon receiving a valid notification, Whatalo will:

  • Review the notification and verify that it meets the established requirements.
  • Notify the identified User of the claim received.
  • If the infringement is evident, remove or disable access to the content in question.
  • If there is reasonable doubt, request additional information from both parties.

4. Counter-Notification

If you are a User whose content has been removed and you believe the notification is erroneous or that you have a legitimate right to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] explaining your reasons and providing evidence of your right to use the content.

5. Repeat Infringers

Whatalo maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringers. Accounts that accumulate multiple confirmed intellectual property violations will be permanently cancelled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Whatalo operates as a technology platform and does not proactively review all content published by Users. Whatalo is not responsible for content published by third parties, but commits to acting diligently upon receiving infringement notifications.
