Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the use of the Whatalo platform by all Users. This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to all Content published, products offered, and activities carried out through the Platform.

2. Prohibited Products and Services

Whatalo may not be used to offer, sell, promote, or facilitate the sale of the following products or services:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
  • Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or associated paraphernalia.
  • Counterfeit or replica products, or products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Stolen goods or items of illicit origin.
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Products or services that promote hatred, discrimination, or violence.
  • Pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment schemes, or any activity constituting fraud.
  • Regulated products offered without the required licenses or permits.
  • Third-party personal information without their consent.
  • Any product or service whose sale is illegal in the jurisdiction of the seller or the buyer.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Whatalo Users may not:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Publish false or misleading information about products or services.
  • Manipulate prices, reviews, or any other mechanism of the Platform.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other Users without authorization.
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the Platform or using data obtained from it.
  • Intentionally overload Whatalo's systems or interfere with their operation.
  • Circumvent, disable, or manipulate the limitations of their contracted plan.
  • Resell or redistribute Whatalo's services without express authorization.

4. User Legal Compliance

Each User is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to: consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations, privacy and data protection laws, tax and fiscal regulations, and intellectual property laws.

5. Violation Reports

If you identify content or activities that violate this policy, you may report it to [email protected] with as much detail as possible, including the store URL and a description of the violation.

6. Consequences of Violations

Whatalo reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary in response to violations of this policy, including:

  • Issuance of formal warnings.
  • Temporary suspension of the account or store.
  • Removal of content that violates the policy.
  • Permanent account cancellation without refund.
  • Reporting to competent authorities when illegal activities are involved.

Whatalo may act with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. Whatalo's decision regarding the application of these measures shall be final.

7. Modifications

Whatalo may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of Whatalo constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
